Company profile
Section titled “Company profile”Settings → Company — name, address, phone, timezone, currency, date format, default tax rate and your logo (appears on quote and invoice PDFs and portal pages).
Email (SMTP)
Section titled “Email (SMTP)”Settings → Email — connect your own mailbox (host, port, user, password, from-name) so quotes, invoices, portal invites and campaigns are sent from your address. Use Send test to verify. Without SMTP configured, transactional email falls back to the platform mailer. Credentials are stored encrypted.
Stripe (online payments)
Section titled “Stripe (online payments)”Settings → Payments — connect your own Stripe account with your API keys to offer online payment links on invoices. Payments made through the link are recorded automatically (webhook), updating balance and status. Keys are stored encrypted; the built-in test tells you if the connection works.
Note: this is your Stripe account for charging your clients — separate from your LedgerJob subscription billing.
Google Calendar
Section titled “Google Calendar”Each user connects their own Google account under Settings → Integrations to sync appointments both ways with Google Calendar.
Security
Section titled “Security”- Logins are protected against brute force (lockout after repeated failures) and rate limiting.
- Files (photos, receipts, PDFs) are stored in private cloud storage and served through expiring links.
- Every data change is recorded in the activity log with user, IP and timestamp.
