LedgerJob is a business management platform built for construction and home-service contractors in the US. It covers the whole job lifecycle in one system:
Win the work — capture leads on a drag-and-drop kanban, qualify them, build professional quotes with line items and taxes, email them as PDFs and get client approval with an electronic signature in the client portal.
Do the work — turn approved quotes into projects with tasks, materials, photos, change orders, equipment and subcontractors. Schedule site visits and crews on the calendar. Your team clocks in and out and submits expenses with receipts.
Get paid — generate invoices (manually or from everything used in a project), email them with a PDF and an online payment link (Stripe), record payments, and chase overdue balances automatically.
Understand the business — a dashboard with revenue, collection rate, lead closing rate, quote conversion and project margins, plus a per-project profitability report.
Work faster with AI — an AI assistant in the app that answers questions about your data and performs actions for you: create and update leads and clients, build quotes and invoices, schedule appointments and more. Anything irreversible (like emailing a client) asks for your confirmation first.
